NUTRITION INFORMATION
Healthy Archuleta – Health and community wellness through food/nutrition resource assistance, educational programs, advocacy, systems work, and promoting community-driven solutions that lead to a healthier Archuleta. https://www.foodcoalition4archuleta.org/
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program – Nutrition Program that provides supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education to pregnant women, mothers of infants as well as infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.

POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION
Pregnancy-Related/Postpartum Depression/Anxiety is the most common complication of child birth and can make life and parenting even more difficult. Talking to your doctor or child’s pediatrician about any symptoms you may be experiencing is important.
Nurse Family Partnership – Provides first time mothers with support in parenting from pregnancy through the child’s second year through a series of home visits. https://sjbpublichealth.org/nfp/
SafeCare Home Visitation – An in-home program that provides direct skill training to parents in the areas of parenting, child safety, and child health. The program targets families with children ages zero to five years.
